Guardian Glass is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor – Coating Line to lead rotating-shift teams on glass coating production lines in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees safe, reliable, high-quality production; start-up, shutdown, changeovers, inspections, packaging, reporting, and shift handovers; coordinates with maintenance, quality, engineering, planning, warehouse, and EHS teams; and coaches operators and technicians. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant technical field, manufacturing or continuous-process experience, shift-team leadership experience, and fluency in English are required, with rotating day and night shifts.
