The Production Shift Supervisor coordinates and supervises hourly production employees, manages production schedules and workforce assignments, oversees quality and safety compliance, supports material receipt and distribution, and balances productivity, cost, and employee morale. The role requires supervisory or management experience in production or manufacturing, with manufacturing or in-plant experience preferred and foundry experience a plus.
