Description
The Picking & Shipping Line Supervisor manages the automated picking and shipping line at the Heule site, ensuring orders are processed correctly, products are checked and packed, cartons are positioned on pallet trucks, and the work area remains orderly, clean, and safe. The role coordinates and supports a team of 3 to 5 employees, works with forklift drivers, and reports technical malfunctions or operational bottlenecks. The position requires production or logistics experience, Dutch communication skills, technical insight, leadership, accuracy, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
