Description
Burlington Medical is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage manufacturing operations during the second shift, Monday through Friday. The role coordinates production activities, monitors schedules and quality standards, enforces safety protocols, leads and develops production staff, resolves operational issues, collaborates with maintenance and quality teams, maintains production records, and implements efficiency improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of manufacturing experience including one year in a supervisory or leadership role, and proficiency with production software and Microsoft Office.
