O-I is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor (Finished Products) to supervise hourly employees and oversee the continuous operation of its Toano, Virginia glass-packaging plant. The role monitors quality, productivity, safety, process controls, training, labor relations, and production efficiency, while delegating work and coaching employees. Candidates need a high school degree or equivalent, manufacturing leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work a rotating schedule; college education in a related major and union-environment experience are preferred. The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus and health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage.
