Description
Stratas Foods is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production employees and oversee safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing across assigned shifts. The role coordinates production scheduling, equipment efficiency, staffing, quality and food-safety compliance, shipping and warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, employee development, safety, and continuous improvement while meeting production, cost, and customer objectives. The position requires at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, leadership in a fast-paced environment, employee-coaching experience, Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
