Description
The Production Specialist monitors product and material quality throughout receiving, pin-through-hole, surface-mount, PCBA, box-level assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include visual and measurement inspections, defect identification, inspection-data capture, nonconformance handling, and supporting assembly operations. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, IPC knowledge, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. It is a regular full-time afternoon position in British Columbia, Canada, with a base pay of $21–$24 plus a 10% afternoon-shift premium, and includes medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, vacation, RRSP matching, and other benefits.
