Description
The Production Specialist monitors product and material quality throughout electronic assembly operations, from receiving and pin-through-hole and surface-mount components through finished PCBA and box-level assemblies. Responsibilities include visual and measurement inspections, using tools such as microscopes, calipers, CMM, and AOI; registering inspection data; following non-conformance procedures; and supporting assembly operations. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, IPC knowledge, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. It is a regular, full-time night-shift position in British Columbia, Canada, with a base pay of $21–$24 per hour and a 15% shift premium.
