The role is a varied full-time position in a committed team, with an open-ended employment contract, onboarding, professional development support, and remuneration commensurate with performance. Vocational training in a metal-processing trade is ideal, while career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome; machine and plant operation knowledge, reliability, independence, teamwork, and willingness to work in a two-shift system are also required.
