Description

The Production Superintendent serves as the frontline leader overseeing daily poultry production operations. The role coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules; monitors equipment and workflow; supports employee performance and training; collaborates with other departments on quality, cost, and process improvements; and enforces health and safety standards. The position is primarily based on the production floor, follows a Sunday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and a discretionary bonus. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a related college degree, poultry or food industry experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and leadership of 20 or more employees are preferred. The base salary is $95,843 +/- based on experience.
