Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations in a plant, supervise product manufacture, enforce safety and GMP/SOP procedures, coordinate shift workflows, improve efficiency and quality, and lead and develop employees. The role requires a one-year certificate from college or technical school and 1–2 years of related experience or training, along with the ability to interpret safety and operating documents, communicate with customers and employees, and perform basic calculations.
