Description
Production Supervisor overseeing a 12-hour night-shift production operation. The role plans and assigns shift work, supervises and trains production employees, supports hiring, enforces safety and company policies, monitors quality, productivity, scrap, and machine downtime, inspects products, resolves work problems and disputes, improves production methods and equipment performance, maintains payroll-hour accuracy and floor cleanliness, and communicates with employees. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or associate degree; 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent; Microsoft Office proficiency; forklift certification; strong communication, analytical, math, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills; and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
