Description
The role leads semiconductor fab shift operations by managing people, executing production plans, maintaining WIP flow and equipment capacity, and meeting safety, quality, yield, and output targets. Responsibilities include workforce allocation, continuous improvement, audit readiness, training, resource optimization, and EHS compliance. The position requires a technical engineering or manufacturing-related diploma or degree, strong communication and coaching skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.
