Description
The role is responsible for running a semiconductor manufacturing shift by managing people, executing the production plan, and meeting safety, quality, output, yield, and cost targets in real time. The position also oversees workforce discipline, manpower allocation, training, continuous improvement, EHS, and cost-reduction activities. Candidates need a diploma or degree in engineering, industrial or manufacturing, electronics, mechanical, or a related technical field, 2–5 years of high-volume manufacturing experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.
