FORVIA (also identified as Faurecia) is hiring a Production Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico. The role oversees production-group Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance, sets targets, implements and tracks improvement plans, leads problem-solving and quality workshops, manages personnel and team development, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Applicants need an associate degree or diploma in production-focused engineering, 1–3 years of production experience preferably in automotive, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and operational English.
