Description
Techmer PM is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient manufacturing operations during assigned shifts, supervise employees, and ensure production goals are met. The role manages safety compliance and training, scheduling, equipment maintenance, quality and process audits, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, ISO 9001 compliance, ERP transactions, employee development, and disciplinary actions. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, polymer compounding or related experience, QMS and ERP knowledge, and Lean and Six Sigma expertise. The salary range is $65,000–$80,000, with medical benefits, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
