The position leads manufacturing production teams and oversees scheduling, safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, employee development, process improvement, and operational records. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
