KIK is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its filling department, including shift performance, production scheduling, employee supervision, quality and safety compliance, continuous improvement, staffing optimization, and production documentation. The role works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with overtime as needed and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, safety, and lean practices. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus an annual incentive bonus and health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
