Description
The Production Supervisor, 1st Shift, coordinates and directs production department activities in Waco, Texas to maximize productivity, control costs, and maintain product quality. The role supervises production operations and personnel, manages schedules and materials, supports equipment maintenance and production flow improvements, trains and motivates employees, and ensures compliance with OSHA, food safety, and fair employment requirements. It requires at least three years of supervisory experience, leadership of 20 or more employees, basic computer skills, effective communication, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; poultry or food-industry experience and English/Spanish bilingual ability are strongly preferred.
