Description
The role supervises assemblers in a production area, plans monthly production, monitors efficiency and quality, coordinates training, supports audits and corrective actions, and drives process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business administration, or related field, at least two years of professional technical experience or two years in the medical industry, Spanish and English at B1/B2, and knowledge of manufacturing systems and quality regulations.
