Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead manufacturing production teams and oversee daily execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement. The role includes scheduling, production planning, quality and safety compliance, employee coaching, performance management, root-cause analysis, Lean initiatives, and workforce planning. An associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, plus at least three years of manufacturing experience, are required; leadership, team-lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.
