Description
Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Production Supervisor in Tampa, Florida, to lead manufacturing production teams and oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, scheduling, employee development, continuous improvement, and operational records. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. It is a Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. second shift, with possible additional evening, weekend, or holiday work.
