Greenheck Group is hiring a Production Supervisor-2nd Shift to directly supervise hourly manufacturing employees and oversee second-shift production operations. The role manages production plans, schedules, staffing, quality, safety, inventory, equipment maintenance, cross-functional coordination, training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement. Candidates need 4–6 years of relevant experience, 1–2 years of leadership experience, and an associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree, Excel, and SAP experience are preferred.
