Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Production Supervisor for its Casting Facility in Dover, New Jersey. The role directs and motivates the manufacturing workforce, schedules production, manages staffing and performance, trains employees, maintains EHS and 6S compliance, resolves operational problems, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of leadership experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States; manufacturing supervision experience and TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen experience are preferred. The anticipated pay range is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
