Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at its Augusta, Georgia corrugated box facility. The role leads a corrugator operations team and focuses on safety, quality, production goals, hazard identification, employee coaching, waste reduction, machine optimization, scheduling, performance feedback, issue resolution, and team engagement. Candidates should have supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably corrugated box manufacturing experience, unionized-environment experience, familiarity with KIWI or similar production systems, and knowledge of SQF or BRC standards.
