Nesco Resource is hiring a Production Supervisor to work the second shift for a client in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role directs production staff, plans and executes production schedules, troubleshoots jobs, trains employees, monitors quality and efficiency, manages inventory and shipments, and supports safety, performance, and quality programs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience, three years of supervisory experience, familiarity with ISO and FDA compliance, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a salary range of $65,000 to $68,000 and medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
