Description
The Production Supervisor directs Production Leads and oversees assigned production areas, with responsibility for product quality, on-time delivery, factory production efficiency, key business metrics, team engagement, and workplace safety. The role manages direct reports, participates in cross-functional team meetings, supports complex accounts or products, and focuses on employee development and succession planning. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience are preferred, with less than 40% travel required. The stated annual compensation range is $73,800.00 to $110,600.00.
