Stabilus is hiring a Production Supervisor for its U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role oversees production quality, quantity, schedule compliance, downtime, safety, quality investigations, process improvement, team performance, and departmental targets, while also supporting succession planning and acting as a department representative when the Assistant Focus Area Manager is absent. The position requires a college degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent training and experience, with one to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
