Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Production Supervisor for the second shift to direct and manage manufacturing operations, schedule hourly production staff, maintain safety and quality standards, oversee process improvements and statistical process control, coordinate R&D and trial materials, monitor scrap and production reporting, and manage employee performance and training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, process-improvement and statistical process control experience, computer and Excel proficiency, and strong leadership and decision-making skills. Compensation is up to $75,000 plus a bonus incentive.
