Description
The role supervises breast-deboning production and coordinates production workers to fulfill customer-service orders. Responsibilities include inspecting products, operating and adjusting machines, enforcing safety policies, assigning work, meeting production schedules, improving methods and equipment performance, resolving work problems, maintaining records, requisitioning materials, and supervising and training employees. The posting requires a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
