Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Production Supervisor to plan, organize, and lead manufacturing operations in a designated production area. The role oversees safety, quality, productivity, staffing, equipment, continuous improvement, employee coaching, and coordination with quality, engineering, maintenance, and metrology teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of experience, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, process-troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and people-management abilities.
