The role directs and coordinates manufacturing and production activities, supports continuous improvement and safety initiatives, manages schedules and inventory, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and develops direct reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED plus at least five years of supervisory or team leadership experience, including at least one year in a manufacturing environment. The position offers an annual salary of $99,000–$145,000, does not provide relocation, and requires candidates to reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana unless they are active-duty military service members.
