Description
The Production Supervisor leads the daily operation of a production shift, coordinating with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and other departments to execute manufacturing schedules safely, efficiently, and on time. The role supervises production employees, develops staff, manages performance, maintains safety and quality standards, supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and coordinates parts flow and workforce capacity. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks; SAP or ERP experience and operational team-lead experience are preferred.
