Hood Container Corporation is hiring a 3rd-shift Production Supervisor for its Wilmington, North Carolina plant. The role leads production personnel, coaches and develops direct reports, supports safety and quality initiatives, drives throughput and efficiency, coordinates with maintenance and customer service, analyzes production reporting, and maintains performance boards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of leadership experience, customer service or plant operations experience, and basic computer skills; manufacturing or corrugated-industry supervisory experience is preferred.
