Description
The Production Supervisor for 3rd Shift will lead packaging, assembly, DC, and component manufacturing teams at the Wesanco ZSi plant in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role oversees production scheduling, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, materials handling, inventory control, shipping, equipment and plant maintenance, employee training and development, and continuous improvement. The supervisor will also interpret MRP reports, coordinate with support functions, and participate in budgeting and strategic planning. The 3rd shift runs from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
