TekniPlex Healthcare is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor 3rd Shift for its facility in Sparks, Nevada. The role supervises 4 to 6 production employees, oversees production lines and industrial software, manages inventory and ERP operations, leads continuous improvement, troubleshoots equipment, and supports quality, safety, efficiency, cost, and profitability. The position requires three years of manufacturing experience, two years leading employees, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in plastic compounding or extrusion is highly desired. The salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
