TekniPlex Healthcare is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for an immediate 3rd shift opening at its unionized plant in Ridgefield. The role oversees production employees and operations, including production lines, quality, safety, efficiency, inventory, ERP and industrial software use, troubleshooting, documentation, continuous improvement, and employee performance. The position reports to the Production Manager and requires 2–4 years of manufacturing or high-volume operations experience, leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
