Description
PDI is hiring a Production Supervisor for its 3rd shift, running Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The role oversees production planning, staffing, scheduling, quality, safety, machine efficiency, reporting, training, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GDPs, and GMPs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of regulated-industry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. The salary range is $70,000–$80,000 annually plus bonus and a 3rd-shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
