Description
Petmate is hiring a third-shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules and labor distribution, supervise production workers, monitor equipment and quality, enforce safety procedures, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or general education degree, five years of supervisory experience capable of managing 140 or more people across multiple departments, and plastic injection molding experience is a plus. Training occurs on the day shift for the first 60 days, and the position is scheduled from 8:15 PM to 7:15 AM Monday through Thursday.
