Description
The Production Supervisor owns day-to-day production execution across assigned manufacturing areas, leading operators, managing labor allocation, maintaining standard work and SQDCP performance, and escalating safety, quality, material, equipment, and staffing issues. The role coaches and trains team members, tracks production and attendance, supports onboarding and cross-training, and serves as the primary liaison between production staff and production leadership. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a technical associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred; three to five years of manufacturing or production leadership experience is required, with supervisory experience preferred. The position requires English proficiency, ERP and Microsoft Office skills, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
