Description
Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a Production Supervisor for its packaging department, reporting to the Plant Manager and working the second or third shift with weekend and holiday availability. The role manages packaging operations, continuous improvement and capital projects, production planning, labor coordination, material movement, safety, food quality, GMP compliance, scheduling, and shift reporting. The position pays $75,000 to $85,000 per year and may include group health and/or dental insurance, retirement, wellness, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
