Description
Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for their second shift Machine Shop. The supervisor will be responsible for planning and leading production activities, partnering with other departments to establish production priorities, directing production operations according to established priorities, analyzing production schedules, assisting Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Engineering personnel, advising management on production issues, meeting or exceeding production goals, motivating workers, supervising and assisting in the setup and operation of automated machines, conducting performance appraisals, obtaining materials, and implementing lean techniques.
