Description
The Medical Device Production Manager oversees daily production activities in a medical device manufacturing environment, supervising production staff and leading the operation of production lines. The role manages schedules, quality and regulatory compliance, production performance, safety, materials, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while coordinating with quality assurance, engineering, operations, and supply chain. It is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend work, and requires a high school diploma, at least seven years of lead operator experience, six or more years of MRP/ERP experience, and six or more years of clean room experience.
