FORVIA's MATERI'ACT division is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee production performance for designated groups in an automotive sustainable materials operation. The role manages Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets, implements improvement plans, leads problem-solving and quality workshops, handles personnel matters and team development, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards. Candidates need an associate's degree or diploma in production-focused engineering, 1–3 years of production experience (preferably automotive), strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and operational English.
