Forvia is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage production performance for designated groups, with responsibility for QCD targets, continuous improvement, problem-solving, team management, personnel issues, and compliance with HSE standards in a global automotive environment. The role requires an associate's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering/production, 4–5 years of production experience preferably in automotive, strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, welding knowledge, manpower handling, and operational English.
