Description
The 3rd Shift Plant Supervisor leads third-shift production across assigned manufacturing departments, directing daily operations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coaching employees toward safety, quality, and productivity goals. The role manages staffing and scheduling, supports hiring and performance reviews, leads safety and continuous-improvement initiatives, and tracks production metrics. It requires onsite work in a manufacturing environment, a preferred business or operations degree, and 2–5 years of supervisory experience plus 3–5 years of narrow web flexographic printing experience.
