The role leads Team Leaders and production operators in a manufacturing area, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, resource allocation, production scheduling, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement in a changing product-mix environment. Candidates should have at least three years of front-line manufacturing leadership experience, ERP experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and safety skills.
