Description
The Production Supervisor at Synergy Flavors will lead a team of production employees, managing workflows, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. This role involves supporting and coaching staff, analyzing production work orders, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, and facilitating communication across various departments. The supervisor will also handle employee interviews, training, and performance appraisal, manage inventory via ERP systems, maintain records, resolve work problems, and contribute to procedural documentation.
