HWI is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead press department operators in a factory manufacturing environment. The role oversees shift activities, productivity, quality control, equipment issues, production KPIs, payroll and vacation approvals, coaching, training, and workplace safety. Candidates need a high school diploma, computer skills including Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP, strong communication and leadership abilities, Lean production experience, and hydraulic equipment knowledge; experience in refractory operations or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
