Description
Forvia is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee production performance for designated groups, drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) results, lead problem-solving and quality improvement workshops, manage personnel and team development, and enforce Health, Safety & Environment standards. The role requires supervisory experience in a production environment, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, operational English, and willingness to work afternoon or overnight shifts.
